Stephen has over ten years of construction experience. During this period he has worked on large scale, multi-unit apartments, major renovations and most recently, luxury waterfront homes.

Stephen's experience includes contract supervision and control, project planning and critical path analysis, contract administration, estimating and preparation of tender documents, quality management, and implementation of OH & S procedures.

Stephen's technical and practical experience puts him far ahead when delivering projects on time, to budget and with exceptional quality of workmanship.
