Owner Builders Warranty Report
Where there is construction works completed to a value greater than $12,000 within 6 years as of completion, it is mandatory for consumer protection cover to be taken out, which is more of a benefit for the purchaser. This insurance is required where an owner builder amends or changes a structure, or where an addition has been built within the duration of 6 Years after original construction has been completed.
